Laymen's Organization
A ministry that is designed to instill in its membership a love and appreciation for the history, tradition
and principles of African Methodism. They encourage the support of the total program of the local church.

Class Leaders help the Pastor in the work of the church
and they are viewed as colleagues in ministry with qualities dependant upon for the Christ centered approach to discipleship.
The major role of Class Leader is to serve the designated member or members in his/her class in any way possible.

WOMENS MISSIONARY SOCIETY
"...Faith without works is dead." (James 2:17)
This is a Connectional organization of the AME church. The goal
of the WMS is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through tangible mission projects. Some of the projects include: Tape ministry
to the sick and shut-in, dinners and special fellowships for Senior Citizens, Project Angel Tree, Women's Health Seminar,
international love gifts, personal items made for shut-in members and holiday baskets.
